  2. Complete a Simple Transfer Form – I’ll walk you through it or handle the submission for you.

  3. Enjoy Your Bonus Perks – Same cruise, better experience!


INSTRUCTIONS BY CRUISE LINE


Azamara

✅ Transfer allowed within 60 days of booking

❌ Booking must not be paid in full and must be outside the final payment period

❌ Not eligible if booked with a ChoiceAir ticket involving a currency change

📝 Complete the Azamara Transfer Form

📩 Contact me after submitting so I can monitor the process

Carnival Cruise Line

✅ Transfer allowed within 90 days of booking or before penalty period, whichever comes first

❌ If inside the penalty window, transfer must be done within 24 hours of booking

🔐 You'll need your PIN number from Carnival (for bookings made by phone)

📞 Contact me to start the process—I’ll take care of the rest

💡 Once I’m managing your cruise, I can also help with flights, hotels, and more

Celebrity Cruises

✅ Transfer allowed within 30 days of booking

❌ Must be outside the final payment period and not paid in full

❌ Not eligible if booked with Flights by Celebrity involving a currency change

Holland America Line

  • ✅ Transfer allowed within 60 days of booking

  • ❌ Must be outside the final payment period and not paid in full

  • 📝 Fill out the Holland America Line Transfer Form 

  • 🚫 Only US and Canadian residents may transfer

  • 💡 Let me assist with your pre- and post-cruise plans to simplify your travel

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)

✅ Transfer allowed within 14 days of booking if not paid in full

✅ For paid-in-full bookings within final payment window, must be transferred within 24 hours of payment

❌ Cannot be transferred if it involves a currency change

📞 If no deposit yet, simply call NCL to request transfer (you’ll need my host agency name, Trips and Ships Luxury Travel, and their main agency number, 1-603-860-3274)

📝 If deposited, complete the NCL Transfer Form here.

💡 You’ll have me to handle flights, hotels, and all the extras

Princess Cruises

  • ✅ Transfer allowed within 60 days of booking

  • ❌ Must be outside final payment period and not paid in full

  • 🚫 Only legal residents of the US, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda are eligible

  • 📝 Complete the Princess Transfer Form, then email or fax it to Princess

  • 📩 Contact me after submitting so I can confirm it's processed

  • 💡 You’ll receive guidance for every leg of your journey, not just the cruise

Royal Caribbean

  • ✅ Transfer allowed within 30 days of booking

  • ❌ Booking must be outside the final payment period and not paid in full

  • ❌ Not eligible if booked with Air2Sea or if a currency change is involved

  • 📝 Complete the official Royal Caribbean Transfer Request Form here

  • 📩 After submitting, let me know so I can monitor the transfer and follow up with Royal if needed

  • 💡 As your cruise advisor, I’ll also help you with flights, hotels, excursions, and more—at no extra cost

Viking Ocean Cruises

✅ Transfer allowed within 60 days of booking

❌ Must be not paid in full

📞 Contact me to begin the transfer—I'll make it easy

Viking River Cruises

✅ Transfer allowed within 60 days of booking

❌ Must be not paid in full
